Every year, we gather together as a community to remember all the lives that were lost on September 11, 2001, as well as to honor those who continue to hold the line for our nation. This year, we will once again gather to pay our respects and ensure that we as a community will never forget that day.

18 years ago, nearly 3,000 people lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks. In the years to come, the United States of America and its people still remember where they were standing when the world changed forever. These are some of their stories.

Time is passing. Yet, for the United States of America, there will be no forgetting September the 11th. We will remember every rescuer who died in honor. We will remember every family that lives in grief. We will remember the fire and ash, the last phone calls, the funerals of the children.
— Former President George W. Bush
